- MABEL ESP runs the business in Philadelphia where it focuses in the identification, acquisition, development and sale of residential projects in the city center. Currently the company has a portfolio of about 300 M USD comprising around 1,000 properties. Since 2015, the company has consistently obtained a return above 20% each year.
- MABEL CAPITAL US runs the business in Los Angeles. The company focuses on acquiring, developing and redeveloping opportunities in dense, urban and mostly unserved markets throughout LA in existing underveloped, undermanaged and/or archaic product types as well as key land parcels in dense, urban infill neighborhoods in major MSA’s (Metropolitan Statistical Areas). MABEL CAPITAL US also acquires obsolete retail centers with near term repositioning opportunities in key locations and leverage long term political and tenant relationships to densify and improve assets.
